Also the centre is well known for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned and injured seal pups that are stranded on Lincolnshire beaches.

Skegness Beach - is typically quiet and peaceful for most of the year, also it is known for its cleanliness, and however, it can get busy in the summer season. The North Shore tends to be the quietest part of the beach. When the tide is out, there are pleasant walks along the small sand dunes.
